Re-Enroll as an Adult Volunteer

Adult volunteers may enroll starting July 1st and any time during the program year. 

Every year each renewing volunteer leader must complete the entire enrollment process and be confirmed in the 4hOnline enrollment system.  After the enrollment process is complete we will then mail you your 4-H Leader Card. 

Prospective Volunteers may not lead projects or represent the 4-H YDP in any manner until they receive their 4-H Leader Card in the mail.

The enrollment process requires Internet access.  

Enroll Online and pay $14.00 insurance fees.  

All volunteers must enroll themselves in 4hOnline starting July 1st 

Print and fill out a copy of the 2016-2017 Adult Volunteer Treatment Authorization Form. Give this form along with a check/cash for insurance fees to the club Enrollment Coordinator. Make checks payable to the club.

The Club’s Enrollment Coordinator is to serve as a guide in helping individual families in accessing 4hOnline and completing their enrollment.  If a family does not have Internet access, they may turn in a paper 2016-17 Adult Enrollment Form to their Club's Enrollment Coordinator, who will enter it into 4hOnline on their behalf.
