Need Help - Open House Advertising

Dear 4-H families, 

We need your help to spread the word about the 4-H Open House on August 13th.  Open to the Public from 10 am to noon at Ladd Lane School. 

We are setting up at 9 am then clean up after the event. 

We need your help to: 

1. August 10th to pass out flier about our event 
   1. At Farmer Market in town 
   2. In shifts from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
      1. Sign up for an hour or two hour shifts
   3. Contact Yolanda by text for details at 831-673-1162
2. Advertise by social media, word of mouth, around town
   1. Help us to post flier on social media and around town
   2. See attached flier with event details
3. August 13th - Open House Event
   1. All hands on deck 
   2. Help host your club booth or another station
   3. set up 9 am, open to public at 10 am
