Special Note: 4-H On-Line enrollment system will be down for software upgrades from June 23rd to August 15th.  You may enroll on-line after August 15th.

2023-2024 enrollment fee structure will be updated by June. 

Paper enrollment forms available to complete and submit to the 4-H office or your 4-H community leader. 

NEW payment process for 2022-2023 enrollment fee structure. 

The 1st youth in the family will include a $40 family 4-H program fee.  After the 1st youth in family enrollment fee will reduce to $100 since the family fee has been covered under the 1st youth enrollment fee for the family 4-H program fee.  

The 4-H $40 family program fee covers the 4-H leaders in our 4-H program by sharing the cost equally with all the 4-H youth families. 

Countywide Project register are listed with the 4-H club hosting the county wide project.  You can enroll with your primary club but take a countywide project with another 4-H club.

4-H program fees: $40 per family

No adult leader fee (covered under the family program fee) 

4-H Youth Members 

  • 1st youth member is $140 (includes $40 family program fee)
  • additional youth member in your family are $100 each 
  • The $40 4-H family program fee covers the 4-H leaders in our 4-H program by sharing the cost equally with all the 4-H youth families. 

Payment options: 

  • CASH/CHECK DISCOUNT -Pay directly to your 4-H community club leader. 
  • ON-LINE payment survey system! - Additional $5 processing fee will apply for credit card transactions. 
  • PayPal App. use "sbc4hcouncil@gmail.com as payee. - Additional $5 processing fee will apply for credit card transactions. 

Fee waiver assistance is available for families to cover the 4-H enrollment in financial need.  A family will need to complete the 4-H fee waiver form.  After completing the 4-H fee waiver form, turn it into your 4-H community club leader or 4-H office staff. 

Just a reminder to all youth, parents and leaders. A 4-H member needs to be in good standing to be eligible to show livestock at the county fairs and state fair! A member in good standing is current 4-H enrollment, 4-H registration paid, minimum of 6 hours completed in project plus 80% of the additional meeting required by project leader, members APR (Annual Project Report) completed.  4-h clipart 4 » Clipart Station
